Terms of Service
Before writing to me about the commission, be sure to read the terms under which I agree to work!
1. I accept payment via PayPal or Boosty (bank card), as well as SberBank (RU).2. I usually work with full prepayment. But we can also agree on an option where you pay 50% of the prepayment, and after I make the sketch, pay the remaining 50%. If you have already received commissions from me before, more flexible installment payment options are also possible.3. You will need to send me a reference sheet of your character, or arts with them, if they does not have a reference sheet, or all together. The main thing is that its design should be visible and understandable to me. It is advisable that you also provide me with a description of the character so that I know which character art is suitable for they and which one is definitely not. If you have your own idea and suggestions for the art, tell me about it in more detail. You can attach reference images (keep in mind that I won't copy everything exactly, I'll just draw something similar). If you have no suggestions, you can put the idea in my hands, and I will draw at my discretion.4. I'm showing you the work process. You can make any edits during the sketch stage. When you've approved the sketch, I'll start coloring it. At this stage, you can make small edits. When the sketch base of the art in color is ready, I will proceed to rendering. This is the final, longest, and most challenging stage, so the chances that I’ll accept revisions are minimal—I’ll most likely have to decline. So please, if something concerns you or if you’ve changed your mind, tell me at the very beginning, when I did only a small part of the work! This will save us a lot of time and help us achieve the desired result.But! If I make a mistake in the character design, please tell me so that I can fix it! This is possible at any stage of the work.I can also make my own changes to the artwork's composition at any stage of the project if I deem it necessary. I'll discuss this with you beforehand.5. I don't work with deadlines. But if you want to receive art by a specific deadline, we can arrange a deadline, subject to an additional payment. This way, it will increase the priority of your commission over the rest of the things I'm working on.6. I do not make a refund. Not because I am against it, but because it will be difficult for me because of the political situation. Therefore, before ordering a commission from me, think about it and come to a firm and confident decision.7. To obtain permission to use my artwork for commercial purposes, you will need to pay an additional 100% of its price.8. If you do not want me to use the finished result in my portfolio and share it, we can arrange this subject to an additional payment of +50%.
What I'm ready to draw for the commission:
- dragons and ferals;
- anthropomorphic creatures;
- natural backgrounds.What I'm not ready to draw for the commission:
- everything related to robots and mechanisms (if it's not a small character detail);
- art with complex architecture;
- humans.If something was not mentioned here, it means that it is under discussion.Separate NSFW and erotic content!
This option is only available for anthropomorphic characters. I can draw nudity, I can draw breasts, maybe even agree to depict sexual intercourse, BUT the likelihood that I’ll agree to draw genitals in detail is low! Fetish art is possible depending on the fetish in question, but there is a high probability that I will refuse.
